M-m-macaroni and cheese – my first time doing it homemade from scratch, with broccoli thrown in there for a little bit of cow-fat-unrelated nutrition.
From Bonnie Stern’s Best of HeartSmart Cooking, which. . .is a dorky cookbook for health junkies, but I have yet to find a recipe in there that isn’t delicious.
