This is Berocco Ultra Alpaca (50% sheep, 50% alpaca), and it’s going to get turned into a sweater-vest very, very soon. It’s actually going to be this sweater-vest, and I’m very excited. I have this whole thing where I’d really like to be able to knit stuff that I can wear in a professional-ish setting without looking like the crazy girl who knits her own outfits, so this is going to be a bit of an experiment. Given the number of sweaters and cardigans and vests I added to my Ravelry queue while I tracked down this pattern, I’m hoping it works out.
