Red lentils, from this recipe at (surprise) What’s For Lunch, Honey. I swear, next week I’ll cook something else.
Made with fresh chopped tomatoes instead of canned ones, because. . .at some point I became the kind of pretentious food snob who does that sort of thing, I guess. Mostly, I just like chopping vegetables.
