Because it’s winter, a lot of the produce is gone, but there is still an absolutely vast amount of meat and cheese to choose from. As we all know, good quality cheese is my Kryptonite, but I tried to restrain myself – I just bought one, a smoked cheddar that I’ve tried and enjoyed in the past.
Then we went for a bit of a walk home, instead of taking the subway back. Past Old City Hall:
Where I got myself something delicious and truly Canadian: poutine. The greatest food the universe has to offer.
