Today is December 12.

advent-today

I am currently knitting, but only gifts – and while I’m like 99% sure that the recipients don’t read this blog, it would be a shame if I was wrong and they did. So, I’m going to have to wait until this date to post about everything I’ve made.

I think, though, that after this date, I’ll have a little more time on my hands.

advent-eighteen

That’s when school break starts, and I go home for Christmas. In the meantime, I’ll be curling up with my notes, and maybe some of this.

(This post is brought to you by the fact that my mother still sends me an advent calendar every December, even though I’m twenty-three. It’s totally cool to be jealous.)

Yeah, I’m one of those weirdos who leaves their Christmas lights up FOREVER. Icicles, on a cold afternoon this week.

More pretty winter lights, because that’s how I roll. These were taken at Chinook Centre in Calgary, when I was home over break. They have pretty much the same decorations up every year, but whatever. I love them.
